Head of Engineering

RAIKU is looking for a Chief Engineer / Head of Engineering to lead the next stage of our journey – turning working machines into scalable industrial production & conquer global markets.

Our mission is simple but ambitious: replace plastic and high-carbon packaging materials with our unique technology.

We are building a completely new mass production technology that combines wood processing, AI systems, and modular design. We are now entering a critical phase – industrialising our technology and scaling it internationally.

This is a central role – a chance to build something that does not yet exist in the world and scale it globally.

The Role:

• Lead and coordinate a team of 10+ engineers and development work
• Drive the industrialization of our production technology
• Develop and improve machinery and systems
• Shape technical strategy and solve complex engineering challenges
• Collaborate with external partners and international R&D projects
